C肝新藥6月起給付再放寬！ 擬增3萬名額
健保署長李伯璋今天宣布，6月起將放寬C肝新藥給付條件，只要驗出病毒就可治療，另將12至18歲的第一型患者納入治療範圍，未來預計再爭取3萬名額，盼2025年達到消滅C肝目標。
健保署長李伯璋今天宣布，C肝病人6月起只要驗出C肝病毒，就能立即接受全口服的抗病毒新藥治療；此外，12至18歲、基因型第一型的C肝患者納入治療範圍，預計將有300人受惠。
為了增加C肝治癒率，衛福部中央健康保險署搶購網路購物2017年1月首度將C肝全口服新藥納入健保給付，完整療程的患者治癒率達97%，由於療效顯著，這2年來已數次討論放寬病患治療用藥條件。
李伯璋說，以往C肝患者若驗出抗體陽性，代表過去曾經感染過C肝病毒，即便再次感染C肝病毒，有約25%的機會可能自癒，必須觀察6個月確認仍有病毒，才可接受C肝新藥治療。
李伯璋說，今年原預計花費65.3億元、治療4萬名C肝患者，截至目前已治療2.9萬人，根據C型肝炎國家辦公室預估，剩下的名額到7、8月就會用完，為了達到治療不中斷的目的，今天下午將向衛福部長陳時中爭取40億元，打算再增加3萬名額。
李伯璋強調，全台C肝患者約約40.5萬人，其中有8萬人以干擾素治療成功，在健保給付C肝新藥後，過去2年來花費新台幣80億元，治療超過2.9萬人，今年以來也有2.9萬人，預計2025年就能達到治療32.4萬人、消滅C肝的目標。（中央社）
